Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Service cancellation within the cooling-off period
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon service level agreements

Refund Process

  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered as agreed
  • Custom development work that has been completed
  • Services where the client has provided incorrect information
  • Services cancelled after the cooling-off period

Cooling-Off Period

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided no work has commenced on the project.
